Anna Svitak

Anna Svitak is an organizational psychologist who has spent the past few years building learning strategies and leading people initiatives inside global organizations.

As Learning Advisor Safety at Shell, she focuses on capability building within safety learning, after previously designing the end-to-end learning strategy for over 500 technologists and engineers and supporting the company through several large-scale reorganizations.

She's also the founding member and author behind The Fax Club Experiment, and previously led a local hub for L&D Shakers, a community built to help learning and development professionals grow and connect.
