Wendy has a background in sociology and, since July 1, 2022, has been leading the Sustainability Transformation Services for PwC Advisory in the Netherlands and globally. Her role focuses on developing and delivering capabilities, solutions, and services to tackle climate change, social challenges, societal impact measurement and market conduct in collaboration with clients. Before this, Wendy served as the Consulting Leader at PwC Netherlands and was a member of the Advisory Board at PwC NL & Europe from 2017 to 2022. Earlier in her career, she led the People & Organisation competence group in Consulting from 2011 to 2016, where she supported the Global Network Leadership Team of PwC in evolving organizational culture, refreshing values, and shaping the global purpose journey. Wendy's client work has specialized in transformation projects related to culture and sustainability, impact measurement, purpose and values, governance and conduct, trust, and leadership development.
Caroline Tervoort-Visser
Caroline is an accomplished executive and C-level leader with extensive Board of Management experience in diverse international settings and industries including professional and financial services, FMCG, B2C/B2B, and highly regulated environments. She has a distinguished track record in the full breadth of the People domain ranging from organizational & cultural transformation to performance management, succession management and executive affairs.
