Flix, a global travel tech leader, has rapidly scaled since its founding in 2013 - serving over 400 million passengers and establishing 25 global offices. 

But with scale comes organizational complexity. As the company evolved into a global transport leader, retaining high-performing talent became critical to sustain its growth. 

In 2022, Flix launched its L&D department with a key objective: retain top performers with strategic upskilling and career development opportunities.
