Meet our panelists

Marlene de Koning is a director of HR Tech & Data at PwC, where she leads a team of HR tech and data specialists, who help clients drive workforce transformation, create data driven strategies and implement innovative technologies.

She is also an author, a mentor for startups, an advocate for equality, and a public speaker. She lives in the Netherlands with her husband and two children.

Alex Rylance (he/him) is a transformation and change focused human resources leader with over 20 years of industry experience. He is an inclusive professional, advocating for social value, minimizing digital skill gaps, and implementing changes based on employee voice and industry knowledge.

His latest move into the technology industry is well supported by his strategic background in ensuring people are at the heart of technology change. Alex is a firm believer that the workplace is an environment to develop your skills, grow professionally and personally, and ultimately enjoy yourself.
