This track focuses more on leadership in settings such as retail stores, shop or factory floors, warehouses, distribution centers and transport hubs. While it is similar to Beyond!, which is more suitable for leadership within office environments, the leadership keys consist of different challenges than Beyond!. It provides you with practical tips and tricks for implementation and less theory. Tailor this track to your specific needs and wants as preferred. During the Leadership Keys track you develop soft skills that are crucial for managing more complex team management projects in operational environments that require effective and efficient leadership. We help you with very practical tools to (better) master these skills. We add crucial skills to your solid foundation that you can use for years to come and with which you can comfortably face leadership specific challenges in your (future) career. We help you to become aware of your own strengths, preferred social- and communication styles, influence overall performance and achieve key results. You will also learn how to recognize and address miscommunication, present yourself accordingly in a bigger story in a convincing way, as well as become aware and adapt between a coaching and directive leadership style, based on the situation and audience.

  • Learn to use examples of behavior & impact to illustrate feedback
  • Learn how to use critical feedback to modify behavior and practice engaging in constructive discussions
  • Discuss the importance of ongoing (frequent and informal) feedback
